Before making a booking, Bow Wow Meow will arrange an initial meeting with you at your home to meet you and your pet to discuss your requirements and to answer any of your questions. Should you then wish to make a booking with us, we will ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire containing important information about your pet and a consent form. All of the information that you provide us with will be kept strictly confidential and we will ensure that reasonable precautions are taken to safeguard the client’s residence and their animals.
