Bow Wow Meow refuse to walk any uncastrated male dogs of 9 months or over and female dogs that are on heat.

Bow Wow Meow insists that all dogs must wear a collar and an identity tag.

Bow Wow Meow must be informed of any behavioural problems at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge or cancellation.

Bow Wow Meow reserve the right to refuse any dog they deem to be unacceptable.

Dog boarding services run on a 24 hour clock from 9.30 am until 9.30 am the following day. Please note that if owners want their dogs to be dropped off after 3 pm then they will be charged for an extra day’s service.

Cancellation of bookings – you may cancel your booking by giving us 24 hours notice. Should you fail to do so, then a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

Emergency contact details must be provided but if a decision has to be made then appropriate action will be taken with the assistance of a veterinary surgeon.

The client will be liable for any costs incurred whilst their cat or dog are in the care of Bow Wow Meow.

Bow Wow Meow cannot be held responsible for any loss or death either inside or outside of the home.

Full payment for daily services is required at the end of each week, or monthly by prior arrangement, via cash, or personal cheque made payable to Kate Morrell.
